BECKY'S SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. instant rice, cooked
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise (scant)
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. shrimp (peeled & cooked 3 min.)
1 pkg. frozen, cooked crab, thawed
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix mayonnaise and juice. Add rest of ingredients. Mix. Pour all into greased 2 quart glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Enjoy!
