CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion
4 slices bread, toasted
1 lb. crab meat
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Texas Pete
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk

Saute onions in butter. Pour over crab meat. Add all seasonings and 4 slices toast crumbled. In another container mix egg yolk, mayonnaise and milk together. Pour into crab meat mixture. Mix well and put in casserole dish. Crumble remaining toast over top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
