DEARING STREET CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked wild rice
2 c. cooked white rice
2 c. whole shrimp
2 c. crab meat
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
1 c. celery, minced
1 or 2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. green pepper, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can mushrooms
Grated Parmesan cheese
Buttered crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter. Mix with rice, shrimp, crab meat, and mushroom soup. Add salt and pepper. Put in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs. Bake in, or over, pan of water at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serves 12.
