FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can jellied cranberry sauce, chilled, cubed

Beat together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add salt to taste. Gently fold in pineapple, celery, green pepper, and walnuts. Chill. Before serving fold in mayonnaise and cranberry cubes.
