BAKED FISH 
1 1/2 lb. fillets of your choice fish
4 tbsp. cooking sherry
4 sliced lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Parsley to taste
Oregano to taste
Pepper to taste

Arrange fillets in baking dish. In saucepan melt butter; add garlic and saute. Add lemon, olive oil, and sherry. Pour over fillets, then season each piece with parsley, oregano, garlic salt, and pepper. Top with lemon wedge. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until fish flakes.
