LITHUANIAN POTATO KUGELI 
COMBINE:

8 to 10 potatoes, grated
8 eggs, beaten
1 can Carnation milk

SAUTE:

1 lg. onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
8 peppercorns
1 stick butter

Remove leaves and peppercorns. Add saute mixture to potato mixture; stir thoroughly. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch glass casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; until center is done.
