PEACH GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
Dash pepper
4 lbs. spareribs

Sieve peaches or puree in blender. Add remaining ingredients except ribs. Cut ribs in serving size portions; rub with additional salt and pepper. Grill, bone side down, over slow coals 20 minutes, turn and grill 20 minutes more. Turn again, grill 20 minutes, brushing with peach mixture. Makes 4 servings.
