OVERNIGHT CARAMEL ROLLS 
1 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg. Rhodes dinner rolls (frozen dough)
8 oz. whipping cream

Melt sugar and butter. Spread on bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Scatter nuts over this. Place rolls over sugar mixture and nuts. Pour whipping cream over all. Cover and let rise overnight.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Turn pan over on platter. Serve.

Yield: 12 rolls.

Might make them more tasty! Remember though, the dough is frozen so everything will be chilled.
