CARAMEL PECAN ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
5 c. flour
Melted butter
Cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar

Raise yeast in water. Heat milk and butter until melted. Pour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar, salt and vanilla. Cool. Stir in yeast, add eggs, beat. Beat in enough flour for soft dough. Knead, place in greased bowl and let rise. Divide dough in half. Roll out. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Scatter 1/2 cup brown sugar on each. Roll up. Cut 3/4" slices. Place in prepared caramel coated pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Caramel Pecan Coating For Pans: 1/4 cup light corn syrup and 2/3 cup light brown sugar. Heat together until melted. Pour in bottom of pans. Sprinkle pecans on top.
