PECAN CARAMEL ROLLS 
12 Rhodes frozen bread dough rolls
Butterscotch pudding, not instant
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Chopped pecans

Grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle pecans on bottom. Put frozen rolls on top of pecans. Sprinkle 1/2 package of pudding on top of rolls. Melt butter and add brown sugar. Pour on top of rolls. Leave on counter overnight (will rise overnight). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn pan over right out of the oven. Great!

so simple... you can let it rise a couple of hours too and it is enough... just make sure the dough doubles in size but doesn't flow over the edge of the pan. Very tasty and they look like they took a long time to make ...everyone loves them. Just get some tongs to pull rolls apart. You can also sprinkle nuts inbetween the rolls when making for more nuts.
