AFTER THE HOLIDAYS TURKEY SOUP 
2 cups or so of cooked turkey, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, plus 1 can water
1 onion, chopped
4 whole celery sticks, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (fresh or frozen)
1-2 bay leaves
1 can petite diced tomatoes
2 small cans mushrooms (optional)
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
Salt and pepper to taste
About 1 cup each, cooked butter peas and green beans
Noodles, 1/2 c. or so, uncooked

Place soup, water, celery, onion, green pepper and bay leaves into dutch oven; heat to boiling, then reduce heat to simmer. Meanwhile, prepare potatoes and add to pot. After potatoes are tender, add tomatoes, mushrooms, noodles and turkey; continue cooking until noodles are done.

Remove bay leaves and serve.
