PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. onion (chopped or grated)

To cream cheese, stir in pineapple. Save 1 cup nuts to roll in. Add other ingredients, shape into ball, roll in nuts. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate. Decorate with parsley, cherries and/or pineapple.
