MEXICALI CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. sour cream, or plain yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 env. taco seasoning
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
2 med. avocados, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, sliced
Shredded lettuce
Tomato wedges
Corn chips

Mix together all but last 3 ingredients in large bowl. Chill. Serve over lettuce and garnish with tomato wedges and corn chips. Serves 10.
