BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time, and beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla; mix well. Sift 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder together. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat. Dredge berries in remaining flour. Fold berry mixture into creamed mixture. Pour into a tube pan which has been buttered and coated with sugar and flour. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 box XXX sugar
1/4 c. milk

Combine milk and butter together, heat and XXX sugar. Dribble over cake.
