MEXICAN SALSA 
5-10 fresh jalapeno peppers
1 clove garlic
1/2 sm. yellow onion
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. coriander seed
4 fresh tomatoes

Place first four ingredients in small pan with rapidly boiling water. Boil until veggies are barely soft. Add tomatoes. Remove tomato peel when tomatoes allow and continue boiling for an additional minute.

Strain veggies and quickly mash or run through fast cycle of food processor to barely crush. Add salt and serve with chips or toasted tortilla chips.
