BAKED FRESH BOSTON BLUE COD FILLET | |
Boston blue cod fillets Lemon juice Butter Ritz crackers, rolled to fine crumbs Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice. Dip in melted butter and then in Ritz cracker crumbs. Place on a baking tray with a little water for moisture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish. Serving portions: 6-8 oz. SERVING SUGGESTION: A little white wine may be added before baking. |
