ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger
2 cloves garlic, cut up
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix well, form into balls. Brown carefully and add to sauce.

PASTA SAUCE: In large pot cover bottom with olive oil. Brown slightly 2 cut up garlic cloves. Remove from stove. Add 1/2 cup Romano cheese. Stir in 2 cans tomato paste. Now add 3 quarts tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 6 to 8 hours. After first hour add 1 quart hot water, stir and simmer.
