GRAMMA MOLLY'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 lg. clove garlic (finely minced)
1 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together except olive oil. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. In frying pan put olive oil. Heat until hot. Place meatballs in pan; fry until golden brown. Makes about 15.
