ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
Not your average meat ball! These are a good appetizer for parties (they don't contain any meat).

1 c. finely ground pecans
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. Cottage cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Make ingredients into balls and place on casserole dish with about 1 tablespoon of oil. Cover with tomato-herb sauce and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
