ITALIAN SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. bread crumbs
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
2 well beaten eggs
1 sm. can grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together in the order of listing. Roll gently into balls.

SAUCE:

2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 walnut size piece of Crisco
2 lg. cans tomato paste
1 lg. can tomatoes
2-3 cans water

Fry onion and pepper in Crisco until golden. Add paste, tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil and add: 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. parsley

Add meatballs. Simmer 3-4 hours over low heat. Stir frequently.
