NO SUGAR APPLE PIE 
10 lg. Granny Smith apples (approx.)
1 lg. can frozen unsweetened apple juice
Cinnamon to taste
Corn starch

Pare and core apples. Slice thin. Place in large pan. Simmer apples in undiluted juice and cinnamon. When done, use slotted spoon to put apples in crust. Thicken leftover juice with corn starch. Pour desired amount of thickened juice over apples in crust. Place top crust on. Bake at 425 degrees until crust browned.
