SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced apples
6 oz. can apple juice, undiluted
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. walnuts (opt.)
1/2 c. raisins (opt.)

Mix cinnamon and cornstarch and add to undiluted juice. Heat until thick, then add apples, walnuts and raisins. Put into unbaked crust and dot with butter. Put on top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then continue baking at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
