FISH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. cod fillets
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped celery
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water

Place fish in baking dish, sprinkle above ingredients over.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Stir in 1 c. milk
Add 1/2 c. grated cheese
