1 - 2 - 3 FISH CASSEROLE 
1. 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers.

2. 1 lb. "sea legs", flaked

3. 1 can cream style soup (celery, mushroom, etc.)

1 stick butter

In a greased casserole dish, layer #1, #2, and #2, ending with #1. Heat milk and melt butter in it. Pour over the casserole. Don't worry that it looks wet! Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, or until set. Serves 6. Is also good cold.
