STEAK ROLL 
1 round steak, bone removed
1 lemon, juice only
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Spanish olives, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, fresh (or sm. can)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. nuts or choice, chopped
Toothpicks
Aluminum oil

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Wash round steak and lay flat. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Layer steak with mushrooms, nuts of choice, onion and olives. Generously sprinkle with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

Roll steak, as a jelly roll, and fasten with toothpicks. Seal in aluminum foil. Bake for 3 hours. Slice before serving.
