ZEPP'S HOT DISH 
2 lb. ground chuck, lean
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
2/3 c. minute rice
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown meat in oil in 1 skillet and in another skillet, saute vegetables. Place browned meat in bowl. Add soup and water, rice, and soy sauce. Mix and place in covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with Chinese noodles and hot rolls.
