MUSHROOM/BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 c. rice (already cooked)
1 c. broccoli pieces, already steamed
1 c. chopped or sliced mushrooms, already steamed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. salt
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix above together.

Place in shallow baking dish. Top with 1 cup shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
