PEA SALAD 
1 can LeSeur peas (drained)
1 can white shoe peg corn (drained)
1 can French cut green beans (drained)
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. diced onion
Pimento (chopped), I use 2 tsp. canned pimento

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar

Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Add to the above mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 6-8 hours.
