2 (16 oz.) peas (Green Giant frozen) 1/2 head cauliflower (cut up) 2 carrots (slivered) 1 lg. green pepper 1/2 med. onion (cut fine) 1 can water chestnuts Almonds Mix and set aside. PEA SALAD DRESSING: 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Bacon Ranch Dressing 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt A few shakes of Mrs. Dash 8 oz. pkg. mild shredded cheese 1 c. slivered almonds 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled Mix first 6 items together. Sprinkle the top with slivered almonds. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Chill and serve. |
