RICE FLORENTINE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped, cooked and drained spinach
3 c. cooked rice, hot
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. grated cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients together and put in greased 8 x 8 inch square pan. Top with cheese. Heat at 325 degrees for 15 minutes in a pan filled 1/2 inch with hot water. Can substitute broccoli for spinach.
