FAST PEPPER STEAK 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck steak, round, etc.
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
Rice

Cut meat in narrow strips and brown in oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Makes 4 servings. "Serve this with your favorite salad, favorite bread...hot French, garlic or rolls.

I use Lipton soup mix. You may substitute canned mushrooms, including the liquid.
