HOLIDAY SPECIAL RELISH | |
12 oz. fresh cranberries 1 sm. orange 1 sm. Cortland apple 3/4 c. sugar Wash the fruit. Drain. Cut orange into quarters. Remove any seeds. Quarter the apple. Remove the stem, core and blossom end. Process fruits in food processor until coarsely chopped. You can also use a blender or grind them in a food grinder using a coarse setting. Stir in the sugar. Refrigerate. This will keep up to 2 weeks if properly stored. It tastes best after the flavors have blended for a day or so. |
