SPIEDIES 
5 lb. roast beef trimmed, cubed
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. fresh mint
1 tsp. rosemary, measured and crushed
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 each bay leaf, sprig of mint and sprig of parsley

Place meat in bowl. Add oil to coat it. Add vinegar and other ingredients. Mix and marinate in refrigerator overnight. Meat can be prepared in morning for an evening meal. Place meat on shish kabob skewers, about 5 or 6 pieces per skewer. Cook over grill and keep turning until meat is done. Delicious when eaten with Italian bread.
