SPINACH, NOODLES & CHEESE 
4 oz. noodles
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Italian herbs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook noodles. Thaw spinach and press out liquid. Saute onions in butter. Combine noodles and spinach. Stir in onions and butter. Beat eggs and mix with sour cream, salt and herbs. Add to noodle mixture along with cheese and mix well. Put into buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
