SPANISH RICE 
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. mustard
3 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. turmeric
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

Saute onions and green pepper in oil until soft. Add ground beef and seasonings. Stirring until meat loses pink color, stir in cooked rice, the tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
