SPICED CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 apples, peeled and cored (2 c. prepared)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
8 packets Equal

Coarsely grind or chop the cranberries and apples. Add the pineapple and spices and Equal. Blend well and chill. 2 tablespoons = 12 calories.

NOTE: This freezes well so make a lot when cranberries are in season.
