"ABODO" CHICKEN AND PORK | |
1 chicken, cut in pieces 1 pork loin, cut in pieces 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 c. white vinegar 2 c. water 1/2 c. soy sauce 4 tbsp. bacon grease or shortening Pepper to taste Saute chicken and pork in large pan. Add garlic, onion, vinegar, water, and soy sauce. Cover pan and cook for 45 minutes or until there is no liquid in pan. Then add grease and fry until golden brown. Serve with tomato salad and rice. Good! |
