1 can yams and juice
2 med. apples, peeled and cut up
1/2 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice

Put yams and juice and apples in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over yams and apples. Bake in 350 degree oven until apples are soft.
