BAKE WHILE YOU SLEEP COOKIES 
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Add pinch of salt, vanilla, almond, pecans and chocolate chips. Drop small spoonfuls on foil-lined cookie sheets. Put cookie sheets in oven. Turn oven off. Come back in the morning!
