KEY LIME PIE 
9" purchased graham cracker crust
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lime juice
1 1/4 c. Eagle Milk (14 oz. can)
Green food color
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

Beat egg yolks until light yellow. Gradually beat in lime juice. Stir in milk until well blended. Add food color. Pour into crust. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Spread over pie. Place in 325 degree oven 5 minutes or until meringue is light brown. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
