CHEDDAR SAUCE 
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat milk for 2 minutes. Melt butter 1 minute on High. Stir flour in. Heat 1 minute more. Stir in milk. Blend well. Cook on High 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in cheese. Blend well. Pour over chips.
