POPPY SEED MUFFINS 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla or lemon pudding
1/4 c. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water

Beat cake mix, pudding, poppy seeds, eggs, oil, and water together 4 minutes. Pour in muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 18.
