BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook, drain and cool (do not salt)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild)
1 stick butter, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers

Cook, drain and cool broccoli. Mix mayonnaise, soup, and cheese. Spread over broccoli. Mix melted butter and crackers and spread over as a topping. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
