BRUNCH APPLE PUFF 
1/2 c. butter
4-5 med. apples
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3-5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan in a 400 degree oven. In the meantime, peel, and slice apples. Add apples to hot melted butter. Return to oven.

While apples are baking mix egg, flour, milk, vanilla, salt, and sugar (depending on tartness of apples).

Pour batter over hot apples. Do NOT mix. Dust top with mixture of 1 teaspoon sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.
