BROWN BUTTERED CAULIFLOWER 
1 bunch cauliflower
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. Progresso, Italian style bread crumbs

Cut your cauliflower to suit you. Boil a pot of water, when it comes to a full boil, put the cauliflower in and watch the pot closely. When the water starts to boil again, remove it from the heat and drain immediately. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle on bread crumbs. Toss good and melt the butter and pour over the cauliflower.

Most people overcook vegetables and as a result you remove most of the nutrients and you end up with a limp mess that resembles, well, a limp mess!
