BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. sirloin steak
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can beef broth
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Cut steak into thin strips. Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown quickly in oil in large skillet. Add onions; cook until tender. Stir in soups and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream and parsley. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
