BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. sirloin (or chicken)
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom tips
1/2 cube butter

Cut meat into 2 x 1 inch squares. Brown meat in butter. Add soup to boiling water and boil 5 minutes. Pour soup over meat; add mushrooms. Simmer in covered pan until meat is tender. Pour and mix in sour cream when ready to serve. Serve with rice.
