MINTED EGG SALAD SANDWICHES 
4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
White salt
8 thin slices bread, crusts removed

Chop eggs coarsely. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, mint, celery salt, dry mustard, and salt. Spread between bread - cut into desired shapes. 16 tea sandwiches.
