CHICKEN JAMBALAYA 
3 c. raw rice
2 sticks butter
2 cans beef broth
2 links smoked sausage, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 lb. raw meat (chicken, shrimp, crawfish, etc.)
Salt, pepper & red pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer until rice is done. Ready to serve.
