MEATBALL STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. Wylers onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 c. sour cream

In large bowl combine beef with 2 tbsp. soup mix and milk. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in skillet with butter over medium heat. Remove pan from heat. Stir in flour, remaining soup mix, water, and parsley. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Gradually stir in sour cream until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
